A nice quiet Saturday in the National STEM Centre, or so I thought!

Posted by Steve Lyon on 19th December 2012

I helped out at the Open Day of the National STEM Centre and the National Science Learning Centre. There was a Christmas wiz-bang lecture by Dr Steve Rossington, demonstrations to amaze your family at the Christmas dinner table by our very own Simon Quinnell and a chance to explore, and play with the gadgets, in the National STEM Centre.

Cansats in the snow

Posted by Tom Lyons on 11th December 2012

I awoke on Friday morning to a blanket of snow, and in the hotel next door, so did colleagues from Romania, Italy, Denmark, Scotland, Portugal, Germany, Poland...I’ve probably forgotten some.
