Who can receive a free copy of Catalyst?
Catalyst, the science magazine for students aged 14-19 years, has been published for over 20 years with more than 200 articles which are now available on the eLibrary from volume 13 to the most recent issue. The magazine is published 4 times each academic year: October, December, February and April.
Registered members of the National STEM Centre who fulfil each of the following criteria below can receive the next issue of Catalyst free for a limited time prior to its launch:
- They need to be a resident of either England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland or the Crown Dependencies.
- Their employer needs to be one of the following institutions: a School, Sixth form college, FE college, Higher education institution, Business/industry or STEM partner/stakeholder.
- They are professionally involved in 14-19 science teaching and employed in one of the following roles: AST, Consultant/adviser, Governor, Head of department, Key skills teacher, Learning support/teaching assistant, Lecturer, Senior leader, Teacher, Teacher educator or Technician.
