A collection of teaching resources provided by National Centre for Excellence in the Teaching of Mathematics which were published in the NCTEM Early Years online magazines.

The Early Years magazine has features for those working in, or interested in, early years education. It includes a topical focus, articles on research and planning, case studies and investigates resources in action.

Any use of a resource that includes a practical activity must include a risk assessment. Please note that collections may contain ARCHIVE resources, which were developed at a much earlier date. Since that time there have been significant changes in the rules and guidance affecting laboratory practical work. Further information is provided in our Health and Safety guidance.
