Although this sample of NRICH mathematics problems and investigations is generally targeted towards KS3 many are suitable for pupils of other ages. All the problems have teachers' notes, hints and solutions. Some make use of interactive resources as well as printed material.

This collection of problems includes working with areas, number work leading to conjectures and the use of algebra, volume and rates of change, geometry involving cyclic quadrilaterals and probability. All the problems allow pupils to extend their thinking and apply a range of skills, visualising, working systematically and reasoning.
