The Ginn Science story book about a Cold Day was written for Year One (Primary Two) students aged five to six years and published in 1988. It relates to the content strand ‘Materials and their uses’. It tells a story about a girl going out to play on cold day and putting on clothing when various parts of her become cold. Finally she becomes too hot. On each page there are a few words said by her or her father.
