The Hot Day
The Ginn Science story book The Hot Day was written for Year One (Primary Two) students aged five to six years and published in 1988. It relates to content strand ‘Materials and their uses’. In full colour illustrations, it tells a story about an ice cream melting and dripping onto the ground on a hot day. There are captions on each page reporting what a girl and her mother said to each other.

Comments
Hello,
I think that the problem may lie in the version of Acrobat installed on your pc/laptop. Some earlier versions of Acrobat can cause some problems; however, re-installation of the software should fix the problem. Please contact me at resources@nationalstemcentre.org.uk if you have any further questions.
Regards,
Anna
This doesn't work with my Adobe PDF - shame as I always like a story!
