Who Wants to Be a Scientist?
This resource, from the Association for Science Education (ASE), is based is based on a well-known quiz format. It is a PowerPoint presentation, and works well in class or as a lunchtime competition using overheads.collection. The quiz could be run during lunch times as an inter-form competition, or within class time. After teachers have saved the PowerPoint quiz to their computer they can customise the questions if they wish. Each team will need their three lifeline cards to use once in the game. The game runs for about 20-30 minutes with four teams.
The resource is part of the the SYCD: Science Year Is There Life? collection.
