Triple Science Case Study: CPD and Effective Guidance
From the Triple Science Support Programme, this case study illustrates how providing specialist teachers with the confidence to deliver the additional triple science units through professional development can develop all teachers in their capacity to deliver triple science effectively. Careful and tailored student guidance can also ensure students are on the right science courses.
The case study includes some background information about Hanham High School (Bristol); the barriers which prevented the school from successful implementation of triple science and some practical guidance on how to overcome the problems are also mentioned.
