Perspective Drawing for Product Designing
England (East Midlands)
20.05.2011
10.00am - 3.30pm
Want to learn how to draw?
Do you want to improve your sketching skills?
Could use some top tips for teaching your pupils sketching techniques for communication design ideas at KS3 to Post 16?
The aim of the day will be to teach 3-point perspective construction, the manipulation of perspective and constructing complex shapes in a perspective framework. These drawing methods are suitable for all products regardless of scale (hand-held products, furniture, vehicles) and allow designers to view their designs from various angles and communicate these shapes effectively to others.
The methods in this workshop are delivered in a manner that is repeatable to your pupils, helping them with their design project work and portfolio preparation. It will also help you prepare students who intend to apply for design course at college or university.
