Product Design - the fastest growing GCSE

The Design and Technology Association is hosting a CPD session to enable delegates to better deliver AQA's GCSE specification. This one day course is designed to support teachers who already teach or who are considering teaching the AQA GCSE Product Design specification.
Delegates will be provided with a DVD containing an extensive range of teaching resources that build upon the materials provided by AQA and enable them to plan and deliver this specification. It will also provide practical teaching strategies to prepare students for the written paper including resources to prepare students for a mock examination based upon the 2010 written paper.
In addition, it will provide extensive guidance on the controlled assessment tasks and offer strategies for managing them, together with exemplar assessed projects.
