This year’s conference theme reveals two strands: educational change and the meaning of excellence. While perhaps not immediately complementary, we believe these themes are interlinked.
Without doubt we all want to strive for excellence and maintain the highest standards within our own contexts, but, as ever, the goalposts are moving. We therefore need to understand the new landscape and develop effective leadership strategies to ensure our teams get the best from it.
