Visit to the National Physical Laboratory (NPL) - Teddington

The purpose of the visit is to meet NPL staff, who will be presenting current research in materials science and ionising radiation measurement (including support for the characterisation of radioactive waste).
The lab tours will include materials science, radioactivity measurements and ‘the most accurate thermometer in the world’.
