Embedding Excellence in Mathematics Leadership Conference

The purpose of this free one-day NCETM conference is to assist with the professional development of newly-appointed mathematics subject leaders in the primary, secondary and further education sectors. It will allow participants access to experienced, practising teachers who have been identified as being excellent subject leaders in their sectors. The day will be launched with a key note speech from HMI Jane Jones, who will provide an overview of mathematics leadership from the Ofsted perspective.

The event is free of charge and is open to recently-appointed subject leaders from the primary, secondary and FE sectors. Following the conference, delegates will be assigned to one of the workshop presenters from their sector and will be expected to become part of a network which will offer further support.
