On the evening of 31 October, the National Science Learning Centre in York will host the first ENTHUSE Trust Annual Lecture.

This year's lecture will be given by Dr Kevin Fong, Specialist Registrar in Anaesthesia and Intensive Care Medicine, University College London Hospitals and co-director of the Centre for Altitude, Space and Extreme Environment Medicine (CASE).

Kevin has recently presented a popular series of Horizon documentaries, and this lecture will cover some of his ground-breaking work on the effect of extreme environments on the human body.

The lecture starts at 6.00pm, and is free to anyone who would like to attend - please book a place by registering here.
