Maths Inspiration events set to inspire secondary students

A series of Maths Inspiration events are set to take place across the country in March 2012, aimed at inspiring secondary maths students.

The shows include three interactive talks from some of the country's most engaging maths speakers on topics varying from 'Dambusters and the Bouncing Bomb' to 'Proof Pizza and the Electric Guitar'; the topics are all designed to appeal to Year 11 and Sixth Form students. After a short interval the talks are then followed by a lively Q&A session where students have the chance to ask the panellists anything they want.
