Performance Development Tutors Needed for WorldSkills Competitions

WorldSkills London 2011 celebrated and showcased the very best in vocational education and training that is taking place in the UK. The event attracted over 200,000 visitors who were inspired by the medal winning performances of Team UK and by the young people from all the country who demonstrated their skill on the world stage.

The National Apprenticeship Service wants to build on the success of WorldSkills London 2011 and is looking to appoint volunteer performance development tutors and team leaders to mentor competitors for WorldSkills Leipzig 2013.

These roles are flexible part-time roles and the time contribution required is between May 2012 and July 2013 around 40 and 50 days.

To apply please submit a curriculum vitae together with an accompanying letter in respect of each applicant. The letter should detail take into account the role description and person specification. A corporate or group application should also address the relative advantages of such an application.
