Salters' National Awards for Science Technicians

To recognise the contribution and commitment of school and college technicians, nominations are now being accepted for the 2012 Salters' National Awards for Technicians.

These annual awards are open to science technicians in schools and colleges catering for students to age 18, and who have a total of five or more years experience (either full-time or part-time). Up to four awards of £250 will be made by the Selection Committee.

Nominations can be made by the Head Teacher or the Head of the Science Department (or equivalent). The closing date for the next round of nominations is 1 March 2012.
