Science Museum's Stephen Hawking exhibition opens

Exhibition celebrates the life and work of the famous physicist. This first ever display of items from the Hawking archive encourages visitors to reflect on the relationship between Hawking’s scientific achievements, particularly the work that established his reputation in the 1960s and ‘70s, and his immense success in popularising astrophysics.

The exhibition is free and is open from Friday 20 Jan 2012 to Monday 09 Apr 2012.
