Educational resources to enrich your visit to The Big Bang Fair

Posted by Admin on 11th March 2013

The Big Bang Fair provides a wealth of interactive stand activities and live theatre shows which aim to highlight the exciting future that a background in science, technology, engineering and mathematics can provide for young people.

To help you get the most out of your visit to The Big Bang Fair, the National STEM Centre has developed packages of resources to support teachers in building students' understanding of themes at The Fair before the event, and to consolidate their learning afterwards.

These resource lists contain selected resources from the Centre's eLibrary and across the web, which link closely to the activities that students can experience at The Fair. The lists will support your planning for the event, and enrich the experience for your students.

You can view the resources lists at www.nationalstemcentre.org.uk/big-bang

The National STEM Centre will also have an exhibition stand at The Fair in the Educational Resources area by the Careers Hub.

We hope that you enjoy using these resources as part of your visit to The Big Bang Fair 2013.
